Marcin Malmon

I have been involved in commercial real estate consulting for more than a dozen years. I combine my Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and Recognised European Valuer (REV) qualifications with legal education and Polish real estate valuation license. I am interested in all issues related to real estate investment and asset management, as well as, of course, commercial real estate valuation. I have practically developed my academic background in real estate (Sheffield Hallam University) and law (Maria Curie-Sklodowska University) over the years, having had the pleasure of working with the best experts in the industry.

With the dynamic changes in the global real estate market, I plan to participate in the progress that awaits us in the coming years. Together with the readers of this blog, I hope to have the opportunity to observe and create the changes that will be led by the development of e.g. artificial intelligence, blockchain technology, and cloud solutions. We will probably experience another portion of changes thanks to ESG development, demographic processes, which will also remodel the Polish real estate market.
