I have been involved in commercial real estate valuation and advisory for more than 20 years, combining practical market experience with a deep interest in valuation methodology, international standards, and market transparency.
I combine my MRICS and REV qualifications with legal education and extensive experience gained through cooperation with investors, financial institutions, advisory firms, and market participants across the commercial real estate sector.
Over the years, my interests have increasingly focused on the comparability of valuation approaches across jurisdictions, cash flow modelling, yield structures, and the role of international standards in improving consistency and transparency of real estate markets.
In addition to valuation practice, I have been actively involved in professional and institutional initiatives related to the development of valuation standards and regulation, including my role as a member of the Board of Directors of TEGOVA.
I am particularly interested in how technology, artificial intelligence, ESG, and demographic changes are reshaping real estate markets and valuation practice globally — especially in the context of bridging mature and emerging markets.
Through this website, I share selected thoughts and observations on valuation methodology, market practice, and the future direction of the real estate industry.
The views expressed on this website are solely my own.
